Established in 1976, we here at Northpoint are a privately owned company employing around 100 personnel engaged in the factory application of surface coatings to a variety of market sectors.

We hold ISO9001 accreditation and has a policy of continuous investment in plant and equipment ensuring "best practice" solutions are offered to our clients.

Powder Coating Solutions for different applications

We are the the UK’s leading powder coating applicator of galvanized steel fencing systems, water treatment and supply pipework, bakery plant release coating systems applied to industrial bake ware trays and tins. Anti Corrosion specialist coatings are available for chemical and process plant manufacturers and end users. We serve the coating needs of major producers and end users of metal components within these sectors on a national basis.

Fencing Systems are coated with exterior grade architectural polyester powder coating, offering long term colour and aesthetic enhancement to galvanized or zinc coated steelwork. Finished coating complies with the requirements of UK and ISO specifications.

Pipework fusion bonded Skotchkote 206N epoxy powder (fbe) coating is applied by fluidised bed dip coating. Components of up to 6.0m in length 2.5m diameter and 3000kg can be accommodated. We are the largest independent pipe coater, applying DWI approved fusion bonded epoxy coatings to carbon steel pipes for use in the water industry, for both potable & effluent treatment works. We serve pipe fabricators throughout the UK & Ireland.

Bakeware Manufacturers

We also manufacture and supply release coating systems to existing and new plant bakery tins and trays for manufacturers and end users. Systems include PTFE, PFA & FEP dependent upon service use. We supply a range of coated aluminium baking trays for use in in-store bakery outlets. Tins for bread and morning goods plants can also be re finished where manufactured from steel.

Specialist anti corrosion coatings for use in the chemical and process industries are also available, ECTFE, FEP & PFA. In general we can provide problem solving coating technology working in close association with the coatings manufacturers for almost every area of industry.
